The role of Business Chaplaincy is to help business owners work through issues by being present to listen, support, encourage, assist, care, pray if requested, and to empower people to seek and develop their own plans of action towards addressing their circumstances. Business chaplains, using their knowledge and experience can help guide you physically, mentally, socially and spiritually in all areas of your workplace and life by providing compassion, hope and humility based on a biblical understanding of humanity. Business chaplains can help prevent issues escalating, and can also be there in your grief or emergencies.
