We provide Social support for people living with Younger Onset Dementia and their families, we offer social group activities centre based, Outings in to the local community to theater shows, club events, concerts, sight seeing outings, wildlife parks.
Our aim is to provide a meaningful day in a safe environment.
We provide individually tailored programs to assist our clients needs.
We also provide personal care at the client's home.
Our staff are highly trained in Dementia care, they are hand picked to provide quality care to our clients.
