The modern Men’s Shed is an updated version of the shed in the backyard that has long been a part of Australian culture. Men’s Sheds are found in many cities and towns around Australia and continue to spring up internationally. It aims to promote the health and well being of men, and provides an opportunity for men to share time together, swap yarns and work together on community projects.
