This support group is for anyone who has experinced mental health issues. This group combines a mix of guest speakers, peer support as well as artistic activities.
We meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month, from 1.30pm until 3.30pm, during school term at the Springwood Neighbourhood Centre's drop-in lounge. (Formally Peers in Recovery and Artscope)
