Service for people with a severe mental illness 18 years and older, residing in the Nepean Blue Mountains region (Penrith, Hawkesbury, Blue Mountains or Lithgow local government areas). For people who are not funded under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and who are not clients of existing community mental health programs.
