Assertive Community Treatment Team

The Assertive Community Mental Health Team are part of the LHD community mental health teams.  Teams made up of mental health clinicians from a variety of backgrounds including nursing, social work, psychology and occupational therapy. Each clinician works with a specific group of clients and the support they provide will depend on the clients individual circumstances and can include: social, vocational, educational, physical health or mental health needs.
