Domestic Violence Line

A free statewide telephone service for women who are experiencing domestic violence. It is run by trained female caseworkers and provies telephone counselling, information and referrals for women and same-sex partners who are experiencing or have experienced domestic violence.  They can asist with getting hospital care, counselling, advice about AVOs, develop a safety plan, find emergency accommodation, assist with transport, liase with police, courts and lawyers.
