Birth Aims is a pregnancy, birth and postpartum service offering full spectrum doula support, lactation consults (IBCLC), birth planning, birth education (Calmbirth classes) and community groups for pregnant and postpartum mothers and families. I am local to the Blue Mountains but service anywhere from Lithgow down to Penrith and into the Hawkesbury area.
