Looks at areas of transport need and where appropriate provide flexible, special care transport assistance, within the available resources, for eligible "transport disadvantaged" residents of the Blue Mountains and Penrith Local Government Areas.

We provide transport assistance to people of all ages, including the frail, elderly, people with disabilities - young or old, or with special needs, including wheelchairs and their carers. Also, some short term assistance to health-related appointments is available for people who are temporary "transport disadvantaged".
