Little Dreamers support young people aged 4-25 who provide unpaid care for a family member affected by disability, chronic or mental illness, substance use or frail age. They offer:
- School Holiday Program (ages 6+) - a day of social respite, meet fellow Young Carers and participate in a range of exciting activities
- Coaching (ages 6-25) - a capacity building, goal oriented program which helps Young Carers to identify their goals and learn how to balance their needs with the needs of those they care for.
- Counselling (ages 12-25) - a safe, supportive, and confidential space where Young Carers can explore their thoughts and feelings, build resilience, and develop strategies to manage life’s ups and downs
- Peer Support (ages 6-25) - a group program where Young Carers can learn from shared experiences while enjoying interactive games and activities to stimulate discussions focused on health and wellbeing, identity, and caring roles.
