If you do not speak English well you can phone the TIS for assistance. You just need to tell the operation in English the language you speak and the operator will connect you to an interpreter who speaks your language. Tell the interpreter the name and phone number of the service you wish to contact and they will contact the service wheel you are on the phone. When you have been connected the service will interpret for you and explain your inquiry.
