I am a registered psychologist offering evidence-based, compassionate therapy for adults and young people experiencing emotional distress, trauma, and life transitions. My practice is grounded in a collaborative, respectful approach that recognises each person as the expert in their own life. I work with individuals presenting with concerns such as trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, and adjustment to major life changes. I have particular experience supporting those navigating complex emotional and interpersonal challenges.
Therapy is collaborative and unique to the individual and may draw on approaches including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy or other trauma-informed and skills-based interventions. My aim is not only to reduce symptoms, but to support clients in building insight, resilience, and a stronger sense of safety and self-trust. I strive to provide a calm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard and understood. Sessions are structured yet flexible, and paced according to each client’s needs and readiness.
Appointments are available via telehealth and in-person (where applicable). Medicare rebates may apply.
