Head to Health Hawkesbury provides a safe and welcoming space for people who may be in distress or crisis, or who need help finding the right mental health services for their individual needs.Services are free and provide mental health support delivered by trained teams of mental health professionals.
Services are targeted at supporting adults, however for young people, the team will help to find the other age-appropriate service in our region, such as headspace.
