Uniting Local Area Coordination

Uniting Local Area Coordination (LAC) supports people with disabilities, their families, and carers. They help people understand and access the NDIS, or find other supports if they are not eligible for the NDIS. Uniting LAC connects people with local services and community resources, helping them reach their goals and live more independently. Their role is to make sure everyone can get the right support and take part in their community.
