Belong Blue Mountains is the new name for your local Neighbourhood Centres in Katoomba, Mid-Mountains and Lower Mountains. Our three centres are joining together to form a strong local organisation that can provide a range of services to our communities across the Blue Mountains. Lower Mountains Neighbourhood Centre:
