The DAWN (Dementia And Wellbeing Navigation) program is a multidisciplinary program to empower and support people with dementia who live at home along with their carers. Sessions are at home or centre based and there is no cost. It encompasses: • The COPE Program - an evidence based occupational therapy program equipping carers and engaging people with dementia in meaningful activities. • A Carer Stress Reduction and Support session with a social worker • DAWN Activity Engagement Group (held fortnightly in Lawson) • Support Group for Carers of People with Dementia (held 4 weekly in Lawson at the same time as the DAWN Activity Engagement Group) Register at https://www.belongbm.org.au/dawn
• Person with dementia (or in the process of medical investigations for dementia) AND
• A carer (who assists the person at least 4 times per week)
