Community aged care services can support you in your home, including with shopping, housework, cooking, gardening, getting to your doctor or other appointments as well as modifying your home to improve safety and ease of movement. They can also provide personal care, including helping clients to bathe, dress, and get in and out of bed.
There are two types of program services depending on your care needs:
1. Entry-level care - If you can manage with most things but need help with a few tasks.
2. Home care packages - If you need more significant care and support services on an ongoing basis.
