Connect Child & Family Services provide Community Based Family Support Services and are also registered NDIS providers. Our Heatherbrae site at Lawson is open Monday to Saturday to provide resources and information to families. We also offer supported playgroups, transition to school services, and NDIS service provision at various sites across the Nepean area.
