Introducing Couples Therapy
Every relationship faces challenges—whether it’s communication breakdowns, unresolved conflicts, or simply the stress of everyday life. My couples psychotherapy offers a safe, supportive space to work through these struggles together.
I believe that strong relationships are built on understanding, trust, and growth. My couples therapy sessions are designed to:
Strengthen communication so partners feel heard and understood.
Resolve conflicts with compassion and clarity.
Reignite intimacy by rediscovering shared values and joy.
Build resilience to navigate life’s transitions as a team.
Whether you’re newly partnered or decades into your journey, couples psychotherapy can help you move from frustration to connection, from distance to closeness.
I offer a psychotherapy service primarily based on an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework with a focus on collaboration with the client while taking an empathetic and non-judgmental stance. My role as a therapist is to allow the client to be heard and to help the client to find their own solutions to the problems they are facing while providing tools to help them through that process. Underscoring my approach is the tenet that each client is different in personality and life experiences, and in readiness to experience psychological growth. My aim is to help the client with the problems that they wish to address while hoping that the experience builds resilience that helps them in the future.
Any person wishing to enhance their mental wellbeing.
