We all know regular gentle exercises are great for our bodies. So partaking in daily exercises will help keep us in tip-top shape. Therefore, it makes sense to try our gentle exercise classes that help build your strength. All ages and genders are welcome. Generally, this class is suited to our more mature members, but everyone is welcome.
Gentle Exercise runs every Monday & Thursday at 10:00am for an hour.
Classes are free but you must be a member of the club to join.
