headspace provides free, early intervention mental health support to young people aged 12-25 years old and their friends and family. Promoting the wellbeing of young people, headspace delivers support across mental health, physical health, work and study and alcohol and other drug needs. Young people do not require a formal referral.

A free e-mental health clinic is available for young people accessing headspace Penrith. It can be accessed either at the centre in a youth friendly space or remotely once assigned a log-in.
