LiveUp

LiveUp is a free digital healthy ageing guide that can be accessed from the comfort of your own home. It provides you with the ideas, tools and guidance to keep doing the things you already love or to try something a bit different, to maintain or even improve your independence.

LiveUp is funded by the Department of Health and Aged Care and features a simple quiz with expert advice connecting you to local services, support networks and assistive products that are personalised to help you with your healthy ageing journey.

We also offer a free personalised navigation service to help you understand and explore your healthy ageing options. This service is available over the phone or by email and is completely confidential. Whether you would like a little guidance, want to talk to someone about next steps, or need a healthy ageing map to follow, our friendly navigation team can help.

Eligibility Criteria

LiveUp is designed for people 65+ and First Nations people from 50 on. There are no other criteria.
