Ballroom dancing is a feel-good way to improve your fitness. Given the unique combination of physical exercise, social interaction and mental concentration, all set to music, it’s no wonder it has been found to help relieve stress, increase energy and improve strength and muscle tone.

Penrith Ballroom Dance has partnered with U3A Nepean for Ballroom Dance classes for seniors, which they run every Friday during NSW School Terms.  Current financial membership of U3A Nepean (https://www.u3apenrith.org.au/) is required to attend these classes.:

  • Experienced Dancers Class - 9:30am - 11:00am
  • Beginners Class - 11:30am - 1:00pm

For a small cost, morning tea is provided between the two classes.

Open age adult classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7.30pm.  Online booking, registration and payment required for these classes.

Enquiries for all classes, please contact Penrith Ballroom Dance on 0402 069 576 or via email:  learntodance@penrithballroomdance.com.au
