This physio-supervised pilates class is perfect for those who would like to start low impact exercise whilst recovering from injury or managing chronic pain. The course will allow you to gain the fundamental basics of pilates. You will learn body awareness and you will learn how to move safely and build fitness without pain. 

Note: An introductory appointment is essential prior to commencing this class, if you believe your impairment might affect your capacity to participate in this class.
