A group class for over 60's that works on strength, balance, flexibility and co-ordination. A friendly and fun group workout that changes each week to keep us on our toes! The class is run in a lovely bright yoga space, using weights, swiss balls, bands and other fitness equipment.
Not suitable for participants requiring a full-time walking aid. Walking aids can be used to enter the premises. Post-surgery participants will need to have clearance from their surgeon or a physiotherapist/exercise physiologist before joining the class.
