Active Care Network is a not for profit organisation offering a range of transport services for frail aged, younger people with a disability and anyone who is experiencing transport disadvantage, even if it is short term. We are government funded by large to provide certain services but are also able to provide these services to the general public, including NDIS participants and those that are on a Home Care Package. There are certain eligibility criteria which must be met before receiving government funded transport, but even if you do not meet them, you can still access services and costing can be arranged for you and invoiced to your provider accordingly. Some of the services we are able to provide include: transport gardening and Maintenance Shopping assistance Social Outings
